Who are we?

Euro-Vote is a company specialised in delivering secure, simple, and reliable online elections for associations, companies, and public bodies.

Who we are

We are a team dedicated to making online elections accessible in France and internationally. Our role is to provide a trusted solution, whether for general assemblies or any other type of election or anonymous consultations.

What we do

We provide a full online election platform designed for transparency, compliance, and ease of use. We support each organisation in setting up its ballot, from scoping through to the count.

How we do it

Since 2013, Euro-Vote has supported its clients in delivering electronic elections that comply with CNIL guidance and GDPR.

For each election, our services include:

  • support from a dedicated project manager for the election;
  • a separate authentication module hosted by a judicial officer / bailiff, ensuring personal data protection and issuing an official attendance report (PV);
  • a dedicated, branded voting platform (logo and welcome message) available 24/7 on all devices;
  • real-time participation tracking.

GDPR and data separation: Euro-Vote never holds voters' personal data, which is deposited directly by the organisation with a partner judicial officer / bailiff.

"Data relating to registered voters and data relating to their vote are processed by distinct, dedicated, and isolated IT systems, respectively named the voters file (at the bailiff) and the electronic ballot box content (at Euro-Vote)."

Election flow:

  1. Before the vote opens, we work with you to define the election specifications.
  2. You deposit voter email addresses directly with the judicial officer.
  3. When voting opens, you invite voters by email to access the officer's authentication module (we provide a GDPR-compliant invitation template).
  4. Voters authenticate on the officer's module.
  5. After successful authentication, the officer provides the voter with the access credentials.
  6. The voter accesses the Euro-Vote platform anonymously and casts their vote.

Voters can review the available information until they validate their vote. Once the one-time anonymous voting key is used, access to voting is no longer possible.

Role of the judicial officer / bailiff: our partner certifies via an official report (PV) the operation of an authentication module hosted under the domain secure-vote.org and guarantees:

  • strict separation between personal data and the expression of the vote;
  • voter anonymity and vote uniqueness;
  • confidentiality of personal data stored on their server and non-disclosure to third parties;
  • availability of cryptographic fingerprints for the authentication module scripts, the voters list, and the participation register.

What we stand for

We champion accessible, impartial, and dependable voting. We believe in clear processes, stakeholder trust, and continuous improvement of the voting experience.

Why we started

Euro-Vote began with a simple observation: running a reliable vote is often complex and expensive. Our goal is to provide a modern solution that simplifies organisation while strengthening the integrity of collective decisions.
